1. Payment: We accept payments via major credit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment must be made in full before the order is processed. 

 

 

2. Shipping We offer worldwide shipping, and orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be incurred upon delivery.

3. Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shweater.com. We can’t guarantee an exchange at this time due to our limited production quantities, exchanges are reviewed on a case by case basis. Request review via email at info@shweater.com.

4. Warranty:  Our products come with a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you believe that your product is defective, please contact us at info@shweater.com.

5. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, are the property of sHweater inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our content without our prior written consent.

The term "sHweater" is not only a type of clothing but also a registered trademark owned by sHweater Inc. Furthermore, the phrases "Nothing Better" and "It's sHweater Weather" are additional trademarks belonging to sHweater Inc. and require explicit permission from the company for their usage.
